• Position : Quality Inspector (Stamping / Precision Manufacturing) - Up to $3,500
• Location : West - Kian Teck Way (Transport Pickup from Boon Lay, Jurong East, Jurong West, Pioneer, Woodlands & Admiralty)
• Working hours : 4 Days Work Week (Rotating Shift) | 7am to 7pm & 7pm to 7am
• Salary (commensurate with experience) : Up to $3,500 + Variable Bonus + Allowance + Annual leaves + Medical Insurance
• Duration : Permanent

Main Responsibilities:

• Perform set-up, in-process and outgoing inspection per quality plan
• Conduct final (outgoing) inspection before packing
• Record inspection results, test data, and any deviations accurately
• Stop production when defects are found; inform setter/toolmaker to rectify
• Raise PRF and ensure rejected parts are properly tagged and segregated
• Ensure inspection status identification is placed on inspected parts
• Isolate/purge rejected parts to prevent mix-up with good parts
• Perform last-piece inspection after production/tool-down and feedback to toolmaker
• Update SPC control charts (X-bar/R) and Cpk/CPK data as required
• Other ad-hoc duties assigned

Requirements:

• Secondary education or equivalent with Min 2 years QC/inspection experience (stamping / precision engineering preferred)
• Able to use measuring equipment (e.g., Smartscope, profile projector, toolmaker's scope, height gauge)
• Can read technical drawings and basic GD&T
• Basic SPC knowledge (X-bar/R chart, Cpk/CPK)
• Understand common stamping defects and basic sampling/visual inspection plans
