• Position : Production & Operations Manager (Jewellery Manufacturing)
• Location : Loyang
• Working hours : 5 Days Work Week - Monday to Friday: 9.00AM to 6.30PM
• Salary (commensurate with experience) : Up to $8,000 + Performance Bonus + 14-18 Days Annual Leave + Medical + Dental + Specialist + Red Packet for Birthdays/Events

Responsibilities:

• Plan, manage, and deliver daily production schedules from raw materials to finished goods
• Oversee supply chain, inventory (including precious materials), logistics, and delivery
• Control production costs, budgets, and forecasts, including OT and resource allocation
• Ensure equipment reliability through proactive maintenance
• Implement quality systems, ISO9001 compliance, and WSH standards
• Drive continuous improvement through lean manufacturing, SOPs, and process optimisation
• Lead, coach, and develop production teams; set KPIs and performance targets
• Provide data-driven insights and support strategic initiatives with management

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma in Operations / Supply Chain / Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Jewellery production role
• Candidates needs to have mandarin language proficiency to communicate with Mandarin speaking customers
