Responsibilities:
• Plan and coordinate dailyproduction activities to meet delivery schedules.
• Ensure timely availability ofmaterials, manpower, machinery and tools.
• Conduct toolbox meetings,manage attendance and address manpower shortfalls.
• Monitor shopfloor operationsfor compliance with SOPs, quality, safety and 6S standards.
• Track production progress,productivity and quality; escalate issues promptly.
• Coordinate in-process andfinal inspections with Engineering and QA.
• Identify improvementopportunities and support Lean initiatives.
• Liaise with ProductionManager, Sales, Maintenance, HR, and Admin as required.
• Perform other duties assignedby the Production Manager.

Requirements:
• Background in Mechanical orElectrical Engineering
• Supervisory experience in amanufacturing environment
• Hands-on, detail-oriented andoperationally driven
• Proficient in Microsoft Office;SAP knowledge is an advantage
