Production- Experience in sheet metal work, HVAC, or fabrication.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.
- Proficiency with fabrication tools (shears, brakes, welders, drills).
- Strong measurement, cutting, and assembly skills.
- Understanding of HVAC principles and safety protocols.
- Basic IT skills (Excel, company software like CAD software).
- Proficiency in various welding techniques for duct installation.
- Excellent leadership, communication skills, oversees teams, schedules, quality, and production.
Delivery fulfilment
- Check and prepares items for delivery
- Process delivery documentation
- Fulfil daily delivery orders
- Ensure all delivery orders are duly signed and acknowledged receipt
Requirement
- Application need to have at least 5 years of operations management experience
- Good knowledge in driving warehouse improvement initiative
- Good customer service and communication skill
- Good team player
- Must possess at least Class 4 / 5 Singapore Driving License
- Must possess forklift driving license
