Inspection of blast cleaned steel and further coating to meet the given requirement.

* Measuring and assessing of surface preparation and coating parameters using updated gauges including latest Elco meter.

* Record of dew point, relative humidity, substrate temperature as per given specification.

* Measurement of surface profile of blast cleaned steel with dial micrometre and replica tape.

* Adhering to the Wet film thickness and dry film thickness requirement of coating system as per the client requirement (specification) by thorough inspection on each level of the job.

* Ensuring the completed paint system is providing complete protective adhesion test (adhesion test).

* Maintaining all the records and documents of relevant quality records of blasting and painting of Pipe, Spools and Structures per the standards.

* Ensuring compliance and completion of all necessary documentation in accordance with the Project specifications and drawings, Client standards, health and safety policy and the statutory regulations related to Painting activities.
