Knowledge to Mastercam & Solidwork , Program for CNC Milling & Lathe

• Read and understand engineering drawings, specifications, GD&T, CNC machine setup and process routing.

• Liaise with production team and engineers on the production information.

• Translate instructions into codes for machines to perform accurate functions.

• Prepare machine setup for test runs to ensure machine outputs are according to specifications.

• Set machines to complete full cycles to fabricate large number of parts.

• Create solid models using the CAD/ CAM software with precision according to the drawings.

• Coordinate with process engineers and machine stop technicians/ supervisors to create and validate machining programs.

• Supervise the task execution and inspect and measure finished products to ensure that measurements are complied with.

• Document the CNC program process and maintain the revision change according to change management process.

Requirements

• Professional certificate in Precision Engineering or relevant field.

• Minimum 1 years in programming experience.

• Excellent knowledge in handling, programming & setting up of CNC machines.

• Able to read engineering drawings and understand the GD&T.

• Proficiency of at least one CAD/ CAM software with 3D modelling.

• Able to communicate in English.

• Good interpersonal skills.

• Keen attention to details.

• Ability to perform work accurately and thoroughly.
