Manufacturing Production Engineer (Silver Paste)

You will be part of a Manufacturing Production Engineer (Silver Paste) to manage the specialized silver paste production line. Key responsibilities include machine optimization, quality data analysis, and coordinating international production transitions. A Diploma in Engineering and strong problem-solving skills are essential for this global-facing role.

• Operate and maintain specialized machinery for silver paste manufacturing
• Monitor equipment performance and perform changeovers to meet production needs
• Conduct quality inspections, collect and analyze quality data, and prepare reports
• Ensure availability of materials and compliance with operating procedures
• Improve manufacturing efficiency through workflow, layout, and process analysis
• Support research and development activities and new product introductions
• Implement corrective and preventive actions to enhance quality systems
• Maintain documentation and ensure compliance with ISO 9001 and ISO 45001 standards
• Coordinate equipment maintenance and regulatory compliance requirements
• Provide manufacturing and quality support to global customers and production teams
• Perform additional duties as assigned

Job Requirements

• Diploma in Engineering holder preferred
• Self-motivated and energetic, able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills, with a team-oriented yet independent working style.
• Proficient in data collection and analysis, with solid problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused mindset.
