The Senior Research Fellow will conduct and lead research in advanced wireless communications and intelligent networked systems, with a focus on theoretical and system-level studies. The role contributes to shaping research directions aligned with the University's strategic priorities. The position involves close collaboration with faculty members and research teams. The Senior Research Fellow will manage internally funded research activities and publish high-quality research outcomes. The role also provides technical leadership and mentorship within the research group.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and conduct high-impact research in advanced wireless communications and intelligent networked systems, aligned with the University's strategic research priorities.
• Formulate and drive research directions, develop novel methodologies and systems, and ensure rigorous validation and dissemination of results.
• Secure external research funding and manage sponsored projects in collaboration with faculty and industry partners.
• Provide mentorship and technical leadership to junior researchers and postgraduate students.
• Contribute to the University's research excellence through high-quality publications, collaborations, and research translation activities.

Job Requirements:

• Doctoral degree in Electronic Engineering, Computer Science, or a closely related field
• Strong research expertise in wireless communications and intelligent networked systems, including theoretical and system-level research
• Demonstrated capability in advanced communication technologies, antenna systems, and machine learning-enabled methods
• Proficiency in scientific programming and simulation tools (e.g., Python, MATLAB)
• Proven ability to conduct independent research, publish high-quality work, and collaborate effectively
• Strong written and oral communication skills, with the ability to mentor junior researchers and postgraduate students
