• Lead the Operation Service Support team and oversee all local and global IT infrastructure operations within a semiconductor manufacturing environment.
• Plan, coordinate, and manage new infrastructure deployments, lifecycle management, system support, and ongoing application maintenance.
• Maintain high quality standards across system architecture, development, testing, deployment, documentation, and end-user training.
• Partner with business stakeholders to gather requirements, align priorities, and optimize resource and budget allocation.
• Define, implement, and continuously improve operational procedures and best practices to enhance team efficiency and effectiveness.
• Collaborate with global service teams to develop and execute IT infrastructure strategies that support business goals.
• Monitor and optimize system performance to ensure reliability, stability, and cost efficiency.
• Support the Head of Department in planning, tracking, and controlling IT infrastructure budgets.
• Coach, mentor, and manage team members through training programs, performance evaluations, and career development initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• At least 6 years of hands-on experience in IT infrastructure management, ideally within manufacturing or semiconductor environments.
• Strong technical expertise in Linux (SuSE), Windows platforms, and WAN/LAN networking.
• Demonstrated experience in project delivery, vendor coordination, and supporting e-commerce or manufacturing IT systems.
