JOB REQUIREMENTS
Preparation of project schedules, Schedule Risk modules establishing, implementing, and maintaining aneffective scheduling management system Familiarity with Project reporting formats, Progress measurement tools, To set up activity assignments, tasks, and subtasks, critical paths based on stakeholder's input

Documenting project schedulingprocesses and maintaining records. Preparing progress reports, managingmeeting calendars, collating data and preparing daily report formats.

Follow up on project progress data collectionwith internal departments and external stakeholders. Evaluating project progress.

Monitoring project timelines and milestones. Keeping internal departments informed of project timelines and deadlines

Identifying potential project schedule delays and facilitating intervention in a timeous manner Preparing periodical project progress reports based on milestones

QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENT

Graduate (Project Preferred) Knowledge of Primavera P6 and Similar Project scheduling software's

EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENT
5 Years. In-depth knowledge of the scope of projects activities within the marine and offshore industry Excellent organizational, time-management, and communication skills
