Position: Registered Lift & Escalator Inspector

Registration: Registered Lift & Escalator Instructor with Institute of Engineers, Singapore (IES)

We are hiring a IES Registered Lift & Escalator (L&E) Inspector to join our team in Singapore. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring design, installation, testing, operation, and maintenance of lift and escalator systems in compliance with regulatory and statutory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Work under the supervision of Specialist Professional Engineer, Lift & Escalator (SPE)
• Assist SPE on engineering and regulatory issues related to L&E system
• Attend LEI's Site inspection work on behalf of SPE
• Liaise with client and its contractor on the rectification of defects of lift and escalator
• Submit LEI's documentation to BCA LEAP system

Requirements

• Registered Lift & Escalator Inspector with IES (Singapore) - mandatory
• Diploma/ Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering or related qualifications in compliance with BCA/ IES/ Registration Requirements for Lift and Escalator Inspector
