Working Hours: 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM (12 hours), 6 days work / 1 rest day

Job Responsibilities

• Inspect fresh produce upon arrival and ensure quality meets standards.
• Conduct in-warehouse quality inspections and prevent release of non-compliant goods.
• Monitor picking and packing processes to prevent quality deviations.
• Liaise with suppliers, procurement, QC, production, warehouse and logistics to resolve quality issues.
• Track defects, investigate root causes and propose improvements.
• Maintain proper documentation and reporting.
• Perform additional QC or operational tasks assigned.

Job Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Food Science, Food Safety, Biology or related fields preferred.
• Experience in fresh produce QC or food manufacturing QC is advantageous.
• Knowledge of HACCP, ISO22000 or food safety standards preferred.
• Strong communication, analytical and coordination skills.
