Job Scope:

1. Tailoring Support

• Assist with client measurements when required
• Support fittings: prepare garments, pinning, and note-taking
• Coordinate alterations with in-house/external tailors
• Basic hand-sewing tasks (buttons, loose threads, minor fixes)
• Maintain tailoring tools and fitting area readiness

2. RTW Production & Fabric Sourcing

• Source fabrics, linings, and trims specifically for RTW collections
• Request swatches and maintain an organised swatch/archive library
• Communicate with makers and factories on sampling and production timelines
• Track sample progress, follow up with vendors, and update production sheets
• Conduct QC checks for incoming samples and bulk production
• Assist with inventory tagging, organising, and stock checks

3. Retail Support

• Serve customers in-store with product knowledge and styling help
• Handle RTW sales, POS
• Ensure store display, cleanliness, and stock readiness

4. Marketing

• Networking
• Marketing admin (follow up etc with marketing scheduling)

Requirements:

• Minimum of 1 to 2 years' experience in production, sourcing and retail, preferably for fashion or FMCG company
• Diploma or Degree in Business, Fashion Design, Fashion Retail or related field
• Prior experience in fashion retail, customer-facing roles or hospitality preferred
• Strong interpersonal and communicative skills
• Problem-solving: adept at finding solutions to internal and external issues related to logistics or customers' needs
• Flexibility: capable of adjusting and adapting to rapid changes within an operational scope
