Job Summary
The QC Assistant supports the Quality Control team by helping inspect products, monitor processes, and maintain quality records to ensure that company standards, safety regulations, and customer specifications are met.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in inspecting raw materials, in-process items, and finished products
• Support daily quality checks on production lines or operations
• Record inspection results and prepare basic quality reports
• Identify defects, non-conformities, and inform the QC Supervisor
• Assist in maintaining quality documentation (SOPs, checklists, logs)
• Help with calibration and basic maintenance of inspection equipment
• Follow safety and quality standards (e.g., GMP, ISO, HACCP - if applicable)
• Assist in sample collection and lab tests (if required)
• Participate in internal audits and quality improvement activities
• Carry out any ad-hoc duties assigned by the QC Supervisor

Requirements / Qualifications

• Minimum diploma/'O' Level/certificate
• Basic knowledge of QC procedures and inspection methods
• Ability to follow detailed instructions and SOPs
• Good attention to detail and observation skills
• Basic computer skills (MS Excel/Word)
• Willingness to learn and work in a team
• Experience in manufacturing QC is an advantage
