Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
Job Requirements
- Execute daily production control activities, including production scheduling, line balancing, and manpower planning.
- Carry out daily quality control tasks, ensuring adherence to SOPs and regulatory standards (GMP, Halal, GDP for medical devices & therapeutic products).
- Ensure all documentation and records are properly maintained, complete, and accurate.
- Oversee housekeeping and cleaning of production equipment and facilities.
- Participate in trial production runs for new customers.Support production operations by working alongside operators and hand packers.
- Execute maintenance activities for production equipment as needed.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Meet or exceed daily production targets, ensuring operations are timely and accurate.
- Maintain high standards for document and record accuracy and completeness.
- Ensure daily upkeep of production equipment and facility cleanliness.
Job Requirements
- Strong management skills to lead the production team with a strict focus on quality and safety of materials and personnel.
- Flexibility and adaptability to handle changes in production, processes, or team dynamics.
