Education:Diploma or Degree in Quality Management, Engineering or a related field.

Job Description

• To support the QA Manager to execute the QMS and drive key indicators, in order to maintain site certification. Primary focus is to be the site focal for Quality Systems, and additional provide guidance and support to the business on Quality System related issues

• Execute goals and strategy based on the company's business objectives

• Administer the site QMS including (but not limited to); document control, audit management, management of change, training system facilitation, control of records and NCR, CAPA facilitation.

• Collaborate as required in site processes, procedures and work instructions

• Supervision all quality assurance activities to ensure products meet company and customer quality standards. Such as, monitoring production processes, investigating and attending to customer complaints, and ensuring compliance with quality systems and regulatory requirements.

• Performed other duties deemed necessary for the effective operation of the QMS

Experience

• Minimum at least 1 year of experience in a Quality role in a manufacturing environment, preferably ISO9001:2015

Specific Skills / Business Knowledge (Knowledge, skills and abilities)

• Strong knowledge of quality systems, inspection techniques, and root cause analysis tools (RCA and Quality Tools (including CAPA, MOC)

• Good communication and leadership skills.

• Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work under pressure.

• Understanding and lead by example in promoting quality awareness across departments.
