Requirements:
- Responsible for all M&E Construction Activities on site reporting to Project Manager.
- Manage construction activities and progress independently.
- Coordination and supervision of M&E Works.
- Liaise with M&E Consultants.
- Monitor progress, quality of workmanship and compliance with authority requirements.
- Coordination with multiple parties not limiting to design consultants / engineers, clients' project representatives, statutory / authority agencies etc, for the establishment of the design deliverales requirements for submission.
- Review design deliverables together with the design consultants / engineers and ensure that it is in order for submission.
- Attend to technical clarifications as and when required to address technical issues and establish method statements.
Requirements:
- Minimum 8 years of engineering experience with a recognized engineering degree, and as least 5 years of experience in managing Civil & Structural, Architectural and/ or E&M building service works of similar scale and complexity.
