Job Requirements:
- Operate and monitor Deep Cement Mixing (DCM) equipment, Prefabricated Vertical Drain (PVD) installation machinery, and piling machines according to project specifications.
- Ensure proper mixing of soil and cement slurry for ground improvement works (DCM).
- Accurately install vertical drains to specified depth and layout (PVD).
- Operate piling machinery to install foundation piles according to design specifications.
- Conduct routine inspections, maintenance, and troubleshooting of all machinery to prevent downtime.
- Adjust operational parameters to maintain quality, efficiency, and uniformity of works.
- Maintain detailed records of production, installation progress, materials used, and equipment performance.
- Collaborate with site engineers and supervisors to meet project deadlines.
- Strictly follow site safety, quality, and environmental regulations.
Job Requirements:
- Proven experience operating DCM, PVD, or piling machinery.
- BCA DCM/Piling SEC(K) certification is mandatory.
- Knowledge of geotechnical principles, soil mechanics, and ground improvement processes.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and project specifications.
- Mechanical aptitude for basic equipment maintenance and troubleshooting.
- Strong attention to detail, precision, and safety compliance.
- Physically fit to work in outdoor and demanding site conditions.
