Responsibilities

• Develop detailed project plans covering scope, timelines, resources, and budgets.
• Ensure all projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.
• Lead and motivate cross-functional teams across engineering and operations.
• Foster a collaborative, high-performance team environment.
• Act as the main communication point for all project matters.
• Manage relationships with clients, suppliers, and regulatory stakeholders.
• Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies.
• Track progress and resolve issues to secure successful outcomes.
• Ensure deliverables meet quality standards and implement quality controls.
• Monitor budgets, maintain documentation, and provide reports to senior management.

Requirements

• Diploma/ Degree in Mechanical, Precision, Mechatronics, or Manufacturing Engineering.
• 5-8 years of project management experience / NPI in the manufacturing industry.
• Deep understanding and networking in semiconductor, life sciences or medical industries.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and manage cross-functional teams.
• Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.
• Strong organizational and time management skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
• An excellent collaborator who influences and creates executive interest for a company's solutions and offerings to drive local and regional growth
• Self-driven and result oriented with excellent presentation, communication, planning and interpersonal skills.
• Able to travel internationally to support customers.
