About the Role

The Quality Assurance & Academic Programmes Manager oversees the institution's quality assurance systems, EduTrust compliance, and academic programme management. This role ensures that all academic operations meet regulatory, institutional, and partner university requirements, contributing to the continuous improvement of teaching and learning standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage EduTrust and Enhanced Registration Framework (ERF) compliance, including preparation of all required reports, audits, and documentation.
  • Design, implement, and monitor the school's Quality Assurance (QA) framework, ensuring all departments and partners comply with QA standards.
  • Track and review academic performance metrics such as student progression, completion, pass/fail rates, teaching quality, and learning outcomes.
  • Oversee curriculum and assessment compliance with EduTrust and SkillsFuture Singapore (SSG) requirements.
  • Review and approve academic documentation, policies, and programme updates before submission to relevant authorities.
  • Coordinate internal audits, evaluations, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Maintain and strengthen partnerships with universities and external institutions to enhance academic offerings and increase student enrolment.
  • Ensure all academic programmes are delivered in accordance with partnership agreements and regulatory requirements.
  • Liaise with university partners on academic reporting, including Annual Monitoring Reports, Examination Board data, and related submissions.
  • Support communication between students and partner universities, ensuring that programme details, academic regulations, and policies are clearly conveyed.
  • Manage academic boards, panels, and meetings as required by institutional or partner guidelines.
  • Oversee assessment processes, ensuring transparency, academic integrity, and proper involvement of external moderators or link tutors where required.
  • Deliver academic lectures, training, or modules when necessary.

Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in a Private Education Institution (PEI) in Singapore.
  • Strong understanding of EduTrust and ERF requirements and processes.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills in English and Chinese, in order to liaise effectively with English- and Chinese-speaking stakeholders.
