Job Responsibilities:

• Conduct quality inspections and audits, monitor products at all stages of production, and ensure that all products meet internal and external quality standards and regulatory requirements.
• Help develop, implement, and manage the quality management system, including creating and updating Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Supervise, mentor, and train QA/QC team members, ensuring they follow procedures and contribute to a culture of quality.
• Investigate customer complaints, identify root causes of defects or non-compliance, and coordinate corrective and preventative actions.
• Work with other departments like production, operations, and engineering to address quality issues and support product development and process improvements.
• Monitor quality control performance metrics, analyze data to identify trends, and provide insights to the Director / QA Manager for continuous improvement.
• Any other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum of 5-7 years of progressive experience in a Quality Assurance / Quality Control role within a precision engineering or high-volume manufacturing environment, including at least 2-3 years in a supervisory or team lead capacity.
• Expert-level knowledge of precision machining (CNC, EDM, etc.), GD&T, and blueprint reading, CMM programming and operation experience will be a significant advantage.
• Proficiency in quality management software, data analysis, and understanding of relevant quality standards like ISO or industry-specific regulations.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field like engineering, science, or a related discipline.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities, with a keen eye for detail.
