Job Responsibilities:

A. Sales & Customer Support
• \tRespond to customer enquiries (SG)
• \tUnderstand drawings, specifications, and repair requirements.
• \tClarify job scope with customers (machining, modification, repair)
• \tPrepare technical inputs for quotations.
• \tSupport after-sales technical discussions.
B. Quotation & Order Support
• \tAssist in costing preparation (machining process, materials, subcontracting).
• \tWork with GM to finalize pricing for complex jobs.
• \tConvert confirmed quotations into clear Work Orders.
• \tEnsure job scope is complete and production-ready.
C. Internal Coordination
• \tCoordinate with Production supervisors and Logistics & accounts for delivery & billing clarity.
• \tSupport resolution of technical issues during production.
• \tReduce miscommunication between sales and factory.
D. Business Development (Gradual)
• \tMaintain relationships with existing customers.
• \tSupport site visits, walk-ins, and project discussions.
• \tIdentify opportunities for Repair jobs, Buy & sell items, Subcontracting solutions.

Job Skills & Qualification:

• Diploma / Degree in Engineering (Mechanical / Manufacturing/Precision Engineering preferred)
• 3-8 years' experience in technical sales, precision engineering / machining environment
• Ability to read drawings and understand machining processes
• Good communication skills (technical & customer-facing)
• English/Mandarin advantageous (suppliers & customers)
• Fresh graduates with strong internship exposure may be considered
