To support daily production operations by performing assembly, processing, packing, and quality checks to ensure products are manufactured efficiently, safely, and according to company standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate machinery, tools, and equipment in accordance with standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Assemble, process, or pack products according to production specifications and quality standards.
• Inspect materials and finished goods for defects or inconsistencies.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the production area (5S practices).
• Follow all safety guidelines and wear required personal protective equipment (PPE).
• Assist in loading/unloading raw materials and finished products.
• Report equipment malfunctions or quality issues promptly to supervisors.
• Support continuous improvement activities and efficiency initiatives.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Minimum Primary/Secondary education or equivalent.
• Prior experience in manufacturing or factory operations preferred (training will be provided).
• Physically fit and able to perform repetitive tasks and manual handling.
• Able to work in a team and follow instructions.
• Willing to work shift schedules, weekends, and overtime when required.
• Basic understanding of English or Mandarin for communication and safety instructions.

Working Conditions

• Factory environment with exposure to noise, machinery, and production materials.
• Standing or moving for long periods during shifts.
• PPE such as gloves, safety shoes, and masks will be provided.

Remuneration

• Basic Salary: [Specify range, e.g., S$1,800 - S$2,000 per month]
• Overtime pay as per MOM guidelines.
• Attendance / productivity bonuses (if applicable)
• Work 5.5 Days
