Requirements:
- Conduct on-site (BBPC) and remote (DDC) inspections.
- Interview employers and employees regarding workplace conditions.
- Review payslips, employment contracts, CPF contributions, and other relevant records.
- Record inspections using Body-Worn Cameras (BWC) or the Video Call Recording System (VCRS).
- Collect, label, and securely store all evidence.
- Complete inspection report templates accurately and thoroughly.
- Submit finalized reports and supporting evidence to the Coordinator on schedule.
- Maintain professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality at all times.
- Comply with all safety procedures and standard operating protocols.
- Attend all required training sessions, refreshers, and debrief meetings.
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma qualification (any discipline)
- Preferably with audit, inspection, or customer service background
- Must be physically fit for on-site inspections
