To assist the day-to-day operations of vessels, ensuring that they comply with required regulations and organizational processes. The successful candidate is responsible for:

Chartering

• Preparing Charter Party Agreement(s) and related documentation and managing day-to-day chartering tasks.
• Acting as the primary point of contact between the shipmaster and other parties including Owners, Charterers, and agents.
• Liaising with ship manager pertaining to vessels' requirements including vessel supplies, bunkers, crew changes, and agents.
• Working with finance team for billing and invoicing purposes.
  Coordinating with ship agents for smooth and quick cargo operations.

Vessel operations

• Tracking and updating vessel movements as necessary, managing post-fixture activities.

Documentation

• Maintaining updated version of vessels' details and all commercial agreements and other related documentation.

Others

• Participating in commercial discussions/functions with external counterparties.
