Role Overview

We are looking for a creative and hands-on Video Production & Content Creator who can conceptualize, film, and edit compelling video content for social media and digital campaigns. You'll play a key role in bringing our brand and treatments to life across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and Meta Ads.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, shoot, and edit short-form and long-form videos (TikTok, Reels, YouTube, Ads).
• Work closely with the marketing team to brainstorm content ideas and scripts.
• Create engaging videos that showcase scalp treatments, hair transformations, testimonials, and lifestyle moments.
• Handle lighting, sound, and composition during filming.
• Edit videos with captions, sound effects, transitions, and branding overlays.
• Stay updated on current trends in beauty/wellness video marketing.
• Manage video content library and ensure brand consistency.

Requirements

• Minimum 1-2 years' experience in video production, videography, or content creation.
• Proficient in Adobe Premiere Pro / Final Cut / CapCut / DaVinci Resolve.
• Strong storytelling skills and understanding of social media engagement.
• Knowledge of lighting, sound, and camera operation.
• Creative, self-driven, and able to work independently or as part of a small team.
• Experience in beauty, wellness, or retail industry is a plus.
