Job Title: Factory Manager - RTE Food Manufacturing

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Factory Manager to oversee our RTE Frozen , Chilled , Fresh food manufacturing operations, ensuring compliance with HACCP, ISO 22000, Halal, and food safety regulations. The ideal candidate must have a strong background in factory management, food costing, and team leadership.

#Key Responsibilities:

- Quality Control and Compliance:

- Ensure adherence to HACCP, ISO 22000, and Halal standards

- Implement and maintain a robust food safety management system

- Factory Management:

- Oversee daily manufacturing operations, ensuring efficiency and productivity

- Manage inventory, supply chain, and logistics

- Maintain equipment and facilities to ensure smooth operations

- Food Costing and Budgeting:

- Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and cost control measures

- Optimize production processes to minimize waste and reduce costs

- Team Leadership:

- Lead and motivate a team of production staff, providing training and development opportunities

- Foster a culture of safety, quality, and continuous improvement

# Requirements:

- Degree in Food Science, Food Technology, or related field

- Proven experience in RTE food manufacturing, preferably in a managerial role

- Strong knowledge of HACCP, ISO 22000, and Halal regulations

- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills

- Experience with food costing and budgeting

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
