Responsibility :

• Conceptualize, design, and develop automation or semiconductor equipment based on customer specifications and requirements
• Design material handling systems and components for wafer probers, including mechanisms for wafer loading, unloading, transport, and alignment
• Create detailed engineering drawings, specifications, and 3D models using CAD software
• Perform feasibility studies and simulations to assess and validate design concepts and functionality
• Prepare fabrication drawings, assembly drawings

Requirement :

• Candidate with relevant experience in Wafer Handling, Wafer alignment, Wafer Transfer, Warped Wafer Handling & Load Port design welcome to apply
