We are seeking a highly experienced and proactive Quality Assurance Managerto lead and maintain our Quality Management Systems in compliance with ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 45001:2018 standards. This role is critical in ensuring operational excellence, continuous improvement, and compliance with all regulatory and client requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and maintain ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 45001:2018 certified QMS and OH&S systems.
• Act as the Management Representative for external audits and surveillance visits.
• Plan and execute internal quality audits; ensure timely corrective and preventive actions.
• Lead the development and implementation of quality policies, SOPs, and manuals.
• Monitor and report on quality KPIs and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with quality objectives.

Train and guide staff on quality and safety standards and protocols.

Requirements

• Masters degree in Any degree or related field.
• 5 years of total experience & 2 years in a similar Quality Assurance/Quality Management role.
• Proven experience with ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 45001:2018 certification processes.
• Strong knowledge of quality tools, risk management, and root cause analysis.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
