  • Receive incoming emergency calls;
  • Generate Emergency Call Taking (ECT) form via the Authority's incident management IT system;
  • Retrieve incident location from caller;
  • Determine the incident categories from information provided by the caller;
  • Input required details into ECT form;
  • Perform telephone triaging and medical advisories to callers for medical calls based on the guidelines provided by the Authority;


Shift work - 2 days' work and 2 days off

1st Shift - 8am to 8.15pm, 2nd Shift - 8pm -8.15am
