We are looking for a Quality Assurance Manager to oversee component and process quality, ensuring compliance with IATF standards and customer expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage ISO/TS/IATF quality management systems.
• Conduct audits, prepare reports, and handle compliance reviews.
• Oversee supplier quality performance and PPAP submissions.
• Lead RCA and CAPA initiatives to address quality concerns.
• Monitor quality metrics (PPM, FTY) and ensure improvements.
• Handle escalated customer complaints and corrective actions.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's in Quality, Mechanical, or Manufacturing Engineering.
• 7+ years' experience in automotive quality.
• Strong auditing and RCA skills.
• Knowledge of SPC, APQP, PPAP processes.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certified auditor (IATF/ISO).
• Experience with OEM clients (Toyota, VW, etc.).
