ProductionFulfilment responsibilities:
- Manage the full order-to-delivery process, from purchase order processing to shipment coordination
- Responsible in managing customers' accounts, driving shipment/revenue, reviewing on raw materials requirements and customer forecast.
- Act as main contacts for customers, coordinate with internal teams to meet customers requirements.
- Liaise with customers to handle inquiries and resolve fulfilment issues.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize production planning and streamline logistics
- To manage, plan, analyse and overseedemand & supply commitments
- Analyse supply and demand patterns to forecast future requirements and proactively address potential issues
- Implement and support new processes to meet the evolving needs of the business.
- Manage product configurations and BOMs within the Fulfilment Database.
- To support business/department requirements through the preparation and analysis of reports
- Maintain accurate records and generate reports to support decision-making and continuous improvement
- Perform other assigned duties
