We're Hiring: Production Engineering Assistant (Operations Department)

Join our dynamic operations team and play a key role in keeping our production lines running smoothly and efficiently!

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform preventive and predictive maintenance on production equipment.
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair faulty machinery to minimize downtime.
• Track and manage spare parts inventory to ensure equipment readiness.
• Participate in problem-solving sessions and contribute to process improvement initiatives.
• Support engineers in equipment evaluation, development, and new line setup.
• Assist in continuous improvement projects to enhance production efficiency.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Mechatronics, Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment; enthusiastic fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Willingness to work rotating shifts (details below) and occasional overtime.
• Experience with SMT, wirebond, or automation systems (motion/vision control) is an advantage.
• Familiarity with ISO 9000/QS 9000 standards is preferred.

Working Hours:

• 1st Shift: 7:30 AM - 5:03 PM
• 2nd Shift: 1:27 PM - 11:00 PM
• 3rd Shift: 10:30 PM - 8:03 AM
• Tea Break: 20 mins | Lunch Break: 45 mins
• Rotating shifts typically change every 2-3 weeks. Weekends off; public holidays to be confirmed.
