Job Description:

• Proficiency with various machining equipment, especially CNC machines (experience with FANUC is a plus).
• Experience in the design, use, maintenance, and troubleshooting of jigs and fixtures for mechanical components.
• Ability to interpret and evaluate mechanical part drawings for dimensions, tolerances, and cosmetic requirements.
• Knowledge of mechanical component design, structural specifications, and problem-solving.
• Familiar with CNC/IM (injection molding) process flows, including machine operation, programming, and troubleshooting of mechanical and material issues.
• Prior experience with first-article inspections and mold qualification for mechanical components would be preferred

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree in mechanical engineering, chemical engineering, materials science, or a related field.
• Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of machine tools, various cutting tools, and their respective processing characteristics.
• Materials Experience: Foundational knowledge of materials is required. Experience with metal machining is preferred, while experience with plastic machining is also a plus.
• Problem-Solving Skills: Proficient in performing tolerance analysis on machined parts and troubleshooting machining issues.
• Software Proficiency: Skilled in using CAM software for programming (such as Mastercam or UG NX CAM) and troubleshooting G-code and M-code.
• CAD & Office Skills: Proficient in 2D/3D CAD and Microsoft Office software.
• Soft Skills: Must be proactive and possess excellent communication and coordination abilities.
• Willingness for international business travel.
