We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Mechanical Services Tender Manager to oversee the preparation and submission of mechanical services tenders. In this role, you will manage the entire tender process, from initial review to post-contract administration, ensuring compliance, conducting technical evaluations, and identifying and mitigating risks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Tender Preparation & Submission: Oversee the preparation of mechanical services tenders, including technical reviews, cost estimates, and project timelines.
• Tender Process Management: Manage the tender process from submission through to post-contract administration, ensuring all deadlines and requirements are met.
• Document Review & Clarification: Review and clarify tender documents, attend site visits, and participate in tender briefings.
• Compliance & Evaluation: Ensure tender submissions comply with industry standards and project requirements, and evaluate tenders for technical feasibility.
• Risk Management: Identify and mitigate risks associated with tender submissions, providing value engineering solutions as necessary.
• Technical Support & Documentation: Provide technical support for tender evaluations and assist in preparing project schedules, technical write-ups, and other related documentation.
• Supplier Coordination & Calculations: Assist in reviewing supplier quotations and preparing necessary technical calculations for systems such as hydraulic systems, pump head, and heat load.
• Construction Compliance: Ensure compliance with specifications during the construction phase of the project.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Building Services, or a related field.
• At least 8-10 years of relevant experience in Mechanical/ACMV services.
• Strong knowledge of ACMV and M&E works, including design and build tenders.
• Familiarity with statutory compliance and planning regulations.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and project planning tools (e.g., Microsoft Project).
• Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
• A self-motivated, confident individual with a collaborative mindset.
