Responsibilities:

Oversee the design and development of new product collections, from concept to final production

Manage design timelines, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within scope

Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to align design concepts with business objectives

Provide creative direction to junior designers and external vendors

Conduct market research to identify trends and ensure designs remain competitive

Requirements:

Education: Ideally a bachelor's degree in Product Design, Industrial Design, or a related field. Candidates with strong relevant working experience but without a degree will also be considered.

Ideally 5 years of experience in product design, with at least 1 year in a supervisory/leadership role

Proven portfolio showcasing corporate gifts and porcelain design work

Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite and other relevant 3D software(s)

Strong project management skills and detail-oriented
