Salary Range: $2,700 - $4,000 (Depends on experience)
Working Hours : 8:30am - 5:30pm (Mon-Fri)

Job Description:

• Manage the full set of accounts, including Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, General Ledger, and bank reconciliations
• Ensure timely and accurate month-end closing and preparation of financial reports
• Prepare and post journal entries and adjustment entries
• Monitor cash flow and manage bank transactions
• Liaise with external auditors and tax agents
• Support the year-end audit process and prepare required audit schedules
• Ensure compliance with statutory regulations, including IRAS and GST requirements
• Maintain proper documentation and systematic filing of financial records
• Provide administrative assistance to the finance team as required
• Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Min 2 years of relevant accounting experience
• Proficient in SAP B1 or other ERP systems
• Good knowledge of Singapore Financial Reporting Standards (SFRS) or International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS)
• Experience in preparing consolidated financial statements is an advantage
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office applications
