- Working Hours: 830am - 830pm (12hours shift)
- Salary: $2,500 Gross + OT
- Working Location: Tuas West Rd
Job Responsibilities
- Perform frontend process of hydrogen peroxide, ammonium hydroxide other utilities operations.
- Perform receiving of front end related raw materials and record it on prescribe inventory log.
- Perform chemical discharge to the raw material tanks, sampling collections and other related activities
- Carry out process monitoring using DCS, LPC and other HMI related items.
- Record the parameters using prescribe check sheet and datasheet and ensure the reading is within prescribe operational range.
- Carry out and use of hand-held equipment necessary for operation activities.
- Prescribe to adhere the procedure on QMS, EMS and OHS.
- Strictly adhere to safety rules and donning of PPE when performing activities.
- Strictly adhere to standard operational procedure and observing line discipline.
- Ensure proper housekeeping and maintains the general upkeep and cleanliness of the production area.
Job Requirement
- Candidate with a Diploma in a related field.
- Working experience in manufacturing setting
