ProductionJob Responsibilities:-
Job Requirement:-
- Manage production and operation (CNC Machinists, CNC Operators) to ensure on-time delivery for production orders
- Coordinate with planners, purchasers and engineers to meet customers' needs and expectations
- Ensure good production practices and delivers high quality standard for in-house manufactured products
- Implement master production schedules and machining / programming by studying work orders, engineering drawings, materials, specifications and machining parameters including interpreting geometric dimensions and tolerances
- Programs CNC Machines including zero and reference points, set tool registers, offsets, compensation
- Plans manpower and maintain continuity among work shifts
Job Requirement:-
- At least 5 years or above working experience as a Manufacturing Production Manager
- Qualification in Precision Engineering
- Experience in programming CNC Machines (Mazatrol)
- Innovative, pro-active, energetic, can work under minimum supervision
