• Salary Range : $2,200 - $2,600
• Working Days: 44 hours, 5.5-days work week, from 9am - 6pm (include 1 hour lunch break)
• Working Location: FEF Center located at 435 Clementi Road

Job scope:
To perform quality checks on flocral bouquets and gift hampers to ensure all items meet the company's quality standards before they are delivered to customers. This includes visual inspection, content accuracy, packaging condition, and freshness (for flowers and perishable items).

Key Responsibilities:

• Inspect floral bouquets and gift hampers for proper content, arrangement, labeling, and overall presentation.
• Ensure all products are in good condition (fresh flowers, no damaged items, clean packaging).
• Cross-check each item against order details and packing checklists.
• Report and document any defects, spoilage, or packing errors.
• Take photo of finished products before handling over to logistics/drivers.
• Ensure correct tagging of items against delivery orders.
• Work closely with florist, packer and logistics teams to correct and prevent quality issues.
• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness in the QC and packing area.
• Follow health, hygiene, and safety protocols (especially for items that include food or perishables).
• Assist in festive or peak season operations when higher volume checks are required.

Requirements:

• At least 1 year of experience in packing, logistics, or quality control
• Able to stand for long hours and perform hands-on tasks.
