Job Responsibilities
- Perform assembly, modification, and rework of components based on drawings, process documents, and work instructions
- Operate various hand tools and machines such as soldering iron and heat gun
- Conduct part cleaning and preparation prior to assembly as required
- Support inventory transactions and material handling activities according to procedures
- Participate in production runs, quality checks, and process improvements
Job Requirements
- Prior experience in a manufacturing or semiconductor environment preferred
- Able to understand basic color codes and follow detailed assembly instructions
- Willing to work in a team-based, fast-paced production setting
