Conduct functional and physical quality checks on mobile devices in line with company standards.
Verify and ensure accuracy of stock-in information and related records.
Identify, document, and escalate any irregularities found during QC or stock-in processes.
Update systems and manage data matching to maintain accurate inventory records.
Support product listing processes across sales platforms and assist with other operational tasks as required.

Job Requirements:

Proficient in both English and Mandarin (spoken and written) to communicate effectively with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders.
Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage administrative tasks accurately.
Tech-savvy, comfortable working with digital tools and systems, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
