Production / Process Technician (Shift/ near Tuas Check Point)

To carry out the end-to-end production operations in accordance with the demands and requirements subjected to Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) standards, also managing different processes by operating various equipment and to ensure safety, quality and standards are met and machines are well-maintained.

Responsibilities:

• Perform assigned manufacturing tasks to produce high quality products under limited supervision and instruction
• Perform daily activities in accordance with the established work standards, procedures and work schedule
• To drive implementation of solutions in a production environment to meet production goals and target
• Perform daily preventive maintenance, inspection on equipment to ensure they are kept in good condition and to inform the engineering team of any deficiencies
• Work in a team environment to improve equipment reliability and uptime
• Undertake any other duties as assigned by superiors when required
• Ensure good housekeeping observed for all areas
• Perform routine and non-routine cleaning for process equipment and infrastructure

Requirements:

• Min. Diploma and above
• Key Skills: kaizen, continuous improvement initiatives, BOS, safety, IL6S, lean sigma experience, 5S, etc
• Willing to work in non-airconditioned and slightly dusty environment.
• Able to work in rotating shift pattern (8hrs), off on every Sunday.
• Experience in food Industry or operating forklift will be good to have.
• Possess 2 - 3 years of relevant experience in any industries.
• Location: Western of Singapore, near Tuas Check Point.
