Job Purpose

The purpose of the Production Coordinator is to support the Producers in the Integrated Production Department coordinating logistics, liaising with suppliers, venues and vendors to ensure the event runs smoothly and within budget

Key Responsibilities

Support the production leads within the integrated production department

• Sourcing - venues, vendors, suppliers
• Sourcing - event collaterals such as backdrops, lanyards, print items etc
• Logistics & operations support
• Onsite event execution
• High attention to detail

About you

• Ideally you have 1+ years of experience working in a similar role within an agency environment
• You're a self-starter who promotes a culture of entrepreneurial spirit
• You have an agile mindset. You keep everything in perspective and lead your projects that way
• You are culturally aware and move with the timesYou're adaptable and open to unexpected requests and ways of working (priorities and requirements can frequently change in an agency)
