About the role

We are seeking an experienced Curtain Installer to join our team at JIA LE CURTAINS AND BLINDS PTE LTD. This full-time role is based in Serangoon Central, North-East Region, and is responsible for the professional installation of curtains and blinds for our valued customers.

What you'll be doing

1. Measuring and assessing installation sites to ensure a precise and secure fit for curtains and blinds
2. Installing a variety of curtain and blind products, including automated and motorised systems
3. Providing exceptional customer service by ensuring a tidy, safe and efficient installation process
4. Troubleshooting any installation issues and providing post-installation support as needed
5. Maintaining a high standard of work and completing installations to company quality standards
6. Collaborating with the sales and operations teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
7. Outdoor Blinds/Zipblinds installation is an added advantage.

What we're looking for

1. Minimum 2 years' experience as a Curtain Installer or in a similar trade-based role
2. Strong practical skills and a keen eye for detail to ensure precise and high-quality installations
3. Excellent customer service orientation and the ability to communicate effectively with clients
4. A proactive, problem-solving mindset and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team
5. A valid class 3/3A driver's licence
