PRODUCTION OPERATOR (SINGAPOREANS ONLY)

Location: Tampines

Salary & Incentives Package:

• Basic Salary: $1,696 + Fixed Allowance: $400 + Shift Allowance: $12/day
• Productivity Incentive: Up to $450/month
• Gross Salary Up to $4,000/month with OT
• Sign-On Bonus: $500
• Retention Bonus: $1,450
• AWS + 3 Months Variable Bonus

Working Hours:
4-3-3-4 Rotating Shift Pattern
⏰ Day Shift: 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM

Job Responsibilities:

• Product assembly & basic quality checks
• Picking & packing of finished goods
• Loading & unloading tasks
• Physically fit to handle heavy lifting
