Responsibilities

• Raise purchase orders and obtain internal approvals
• Monitor job order status and update stock usage reports as needed
• Source materials, request quotes, and compare pricing and lead times
• Conduct vendor assessments and on-site audits when required
• Propose material substitutions to customers if necessary
• Coordinate with suppliers to manage procurement activities and ensure timely delivery
• Issue drawings and relevant documents to QA and other departments
• Review technical specifications and engineering drawings
• Identify cost-effective, value-added suppliers to improve sourcing options
• Support ad-hoc procurement and administrative duties as assigned

Requirements

• Diploma in Engineering, Supply Chain, or a related field
• Ability to interpret technical drawings
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
