Key Responsibilities:

• Design, configure, and maintain computer systems and network infrastructure
• Install and support hardware (servers, desktops, printers) and software applications
• Monitor and troubleshoot system performance, network issues, and connectivity
• Implement system upgrades, data backup solutions, and security patches
• Ensure stability and efficiency of manufacturing-related IT systems and interfaces
• Provide support for ERP and inventory management systems
• Collaborate with operations and production teams to align IT with business needs
• Maintain system documentation, IT policies, and asset tracking
