Requirements

Diploma or Degree with 2 years of working experience in Quality Management, preferably in Healthcare and/or Health Services

Description

Maintenance of organization's quality system in compliance to MOH PHMC (Private Hospitals and Medical Clinics) Act, international accreditation and certification standards; AABB (American Association of Blood Banks), FACT (Foundation for the Accreditation of Cellular Therapy), GDP-MDS SS 620 (Good Distribution Practice for Medical Devices)

Follow up on deviations/ non-conformances (CAPA) in protocols for rectification and process improvement

Performance of internal audits and record checking to ensure compliance with regulatory and accreditation standards

Assist regional office on quality matters

Maintains computerize and written records/ reports

Manage the Document Control system for the organization

Support supplier/ vendor qualification and audits
