Job Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot & repair electrical works to ensure functionality, including but not limited to air-conditioning, refrigeration, and plumbing.
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance work.
- Diagnosing potential maintenance issues and highlighting them to the reporting manager proactively.
- Liaise internally and externally with contractors, service providers, and statutory authorities when necessary.
- Respond to emergency calls on critical services and standby during off-duty hours, including going on-site for emergencies.
Job Requirements
- Over 2 years of experience in hotel maintenance, plumbing, aircon servicing, and M&E systems.
- Familiar with using common hand and power tools and carrying out work such as painting, basic carpentry, part replacements, etc.
